Character studies

This is my explorer team! These are some tests of how they might look. 

I am currently pulling together a story board for them, as they look for the mythical 'Tubby ButtButt' monkey on a remote island. The name is open to change ;-) 

I have made them younger for the story.

This is a rough image of what the explorers think the monkeys look like.

What the monkeys think of this depiction of them...

They decide to steal the explorers dog and disguise it as this fearsome monkey they are looking for using things from around the forest...

Grizzly Bear story roughs

These are some rough paintings and sketches for my Grizzly Bear story. He finds a girl dangling from a tree, and they form a friendship, where she takes him along on all her favourite things to do.

Picture book concepts

 These are two pages for a concept of a possible children's picture book. It's about some amateur zoologists who travel to a jungle (somewhere!) and try to look for a rare 'round bellied monkey' that has hardly been sighted. These travelers think these monkeys a huge fearsome creatures... but their quite the opposite!

These are concepts for a children's picture book, about a boy who is afraid of swimming in the sea, but with his trusty inflatable chicken, he overcomes his fear!
